Honeycomb is hiring a Customer Success Agent who will manage our small business onboarding process to ensure that business owners have an amazing experience borrowing and managing loans from their customers, fans, and neighbors using the Honeycomb platform.

As our Customer Success Agent you will:
Meet directly with business owners to understand and gameplan their loan campaign
Draft and edit copy for campaign pages to help business owners share their story with the world
Coordinate with Operations, Sales, and Product to create processes and products to make the business owners’ experience as positive as possible
Work with business owners to create and execute on a personalized marketing strategy for their campaigns
Conduct exit interviews and surveys with small business owners to help the team improve our product offerings and onboarding process
We are looking for outgoing and empathetic overachievers with keen attention to detail. You should be able to communicate effectively internally and externally and have strong copywriting and editing abilities. We need problem solvers who will work to personalize the onboarding experience while striving to improve efficiency and reduce friction with each loan campaign.

The Customer Success Agent should have 1-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer success. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
