The Wine Collective

The Wine Collective, one of the most exciting wine and food projects in the country, will be Baltimore City's first urban winery. The Wine Collective is a winery co-op and pintxo bar, where vintners and farmers from throughout the region come together to make quality focused wine under one roof in a revitalized warehouse in Hampden.

The Wine Collective uses traditional techniques and state of the art equipment to make wines of uncompromising quality.

Managing Partners, Enrique Pallares and John Levenberg, are committed to demonstrating that wine and food are not just best enjoyed together but also best made together.

About Honeycomb

We envision The Wine Collective as a collective in every sense. It doesn’t only make wine for its own brand, but it acts as a co-op, where several other wineries and vineyards bring their grapes to vinify them together alongside The Wine Collective’s team.

Now, we’re excited for the product of our collaboration to have an audience and a tasting room and pintxo bar that matches the quality of our food and wine. In the spirit of The Collective, we are seeking to collaborate not just in creating jobs and uniting local producers, but also in bringing local investment to help us finish building our bar and furnishing the tasting room where we can enjoy the fruits of our joint labor together.
