After reviewing your business, our underwriters will provide you with a personalized rate range along with our recommendation.

You'll see options for both 3-year and 5-year terms, and you can choose any rate within 1.5 percentage points of your recommended rate. This gives you flexibility to balance monthly payments with total cost based on what works for your business.

Your rate options depend on your business profile, but you'll always have flexibility within your range. For example, if your recommended rate is 12%, you could choose anywhere from 10.5% to 13.5%, allowing you to optimize for either lower monthly payments or lower total cost.

There are a lot of different qualifies we use but at a baseline, we look for a capital need of at least $25,000, a personal credit score of at least 600, and an established business with revenue.

Once your campaign is over, the funds are yours to use. Most of our alumni have used their cash for growth capital, equipment, expansion plans, inventory, staffing or marketing—really any legitimate business expense.

Even though you might have dozens of investors, you only need to make one monthly payment, we'll handle the rest. Your investors will get paid back quarterly at your chosen interest rate.
